HE ENABLES US!

1 Timothy 1:12 –  Devotional

1 Timothy 1:12

“And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry.”

It was many years ago that I felt the call of the Lord to preach the Good News of the gospel. At the time of my call I was not aware of the many ways the Lord would use me as a minister of the gospel. All I had to do was to follow!

Through education and plowing through ordeal after ordeal I came to learn that it was always best to simply trust in the Lord’s leadership. I must hasten to add that it is far easier to say than to do.

That being said, many of us have discovered that it is always best to simply trust and follow the Lord rather than to barge ahead and then humbly come to Him after we make a mess of things.

I praise God that through over sixty years of ministry He still is the guiding force in my life and ministry. I have no plans to retire and trust in the Lord to enable me to serve to the end! PRAISE THE LORD!

Blessings dear heart! Walk with God today and be a blessing!
