\u201cDo not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For everything in the world\u2014the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does\u2014comes not from the Father but from the world.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n Father\u2019s Day will be celebrated this Sunday, June 20th<\/sup>. It seems as if every commercial in every form of the media is directed toward buying their product in order to make dear old Dad happy and fulfilled. Right! As if they cared!<\/p>\n Dads are important and it is not necessary to buy expensive gifts to show our love. I wish my own Dad was alive so I could just sit down and visit with him. I received a poem last week from one of our subscribers who has graciously allowed me to share it with you.<\/p>\n My husband was a rich man; \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>My husband was a rich man; My husband was a rich man, \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>My husband was a rich man, \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>My husband was a rich man,
\nThough I don’t wear diamonds or mink,

\nWe count wealth different—–I think.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
\nThough he met some scoundrels;
\nHe never held a grudge
\n<\/strong>He slept peaceful every night—-you be the judge.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
\nHe was always happy.
\nI don’t drive a Mercedes Benz.
\n<\/strong>He just counted friends.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
\nA smile he always wore.
\nNo man can imagine
\n<\/strong>The riches that God has in store.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
\nHe stored his wealth in HEAVEN
\n<\/em><\/strong>That is where the ‘wisest men’
\nWill be when their treasure is given.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
